Bench top Bio-Spectrophotometer comprises with flash Xenon light source, 8.5 mm Z dimension cuvette holder, 2048 pixels linear CCD, LCD touch screen, and thermal printer dedicated for DNA/RNA, Protein Bradford assay / 595 nm, Lowry / 750 nm, BCA / 562 nm concentration measurements and bacterial growth quantification, OD600 measurement for bacteria cell density, and Kinetic analysis of enzyme reaction. Built-in thermal printer provides convenient data output, spectrum, date, and mean value. Hellma® TrayCell* is optional an accessory for single drop analysis.
SpectroArt 252 is a compact and small footprint spectrometer for routine purpose quantification tool. Moreover multi wavelength detection Abs, T%, and C can be directly changed and readout.
