Magic Chemi software is dedicated for chemiluminescence signal capture. Its functions include automatic and manual exposure mode, gradient or constant exposure time for batch mode image capture and accumulation, and further signal amplification in image processing. The built-in darkroom calibration, image profiling, blending, pixels binning, and camera shading correction augment the system for chemiluminescence imaging.
Magic Chemi controls the KETA C series imaging system through friendly
controlling interface, and equips with powerful image enhancing functions,
including 8-16 bits pixel depth simulation, color adjustment, notation,
background subtraction, cropping, rotation, blending, and 3-D image simulation.
Darkroom calibration, Batch capture and DynaView functions were designed
especially for targeting chemiluminescence signal detection. All image
processing can be traced step by step. Multi image formats, such as JPG, BMP,
JPEG, DFN, TIFF, PCX, GIF, and TGA, were supported. For analysis categories,
there have two applications: band tool 1-D and spot density calculation.
Software package was protected with unique USB Key-pro.
