A new milestone in research grade entry level gel documentation market, Dolphin Doc plus comprises with darkroom, room temperature 12 bit digital B /W CCD camera, manual adjustment lens, Epi-White light and optional dual wavelength UV transilluminator (302/365 nm) allows to capture various images like X-ray film, SDS-PAGE and agarose gel that stained by EtBr, SYBR Green, SYPRO Orange, SYBR Gold, Coomassie Brilliant Blue, and silver stain. Besides the UV transilluminator, the system is ideal for Bio-Safe application by adapting optional blue and white light transilluminator. 1D software package is incorporated with the system as standard.
