SEDI Thermal Cycler

The SEDI thermal cycler fully digitized PWM Peltier temperature controlled system, consists of quick interchangeable 96 or 384 reaction module, seven inches touch panel LCD for control and status display. Low noise less than 40 dB, side exhausted airway, high efficiency reaction module provides most reliable result in the market. Gold plated sample well keep perfect thermal conductivity and prevent corrosive or oxidized. Auto adjust top lid to fit all kinds sample vials.

The SEDI support amplification and programmable incubation mode, multi language selectable, the working temperature from 0o C to 99.9o C, energy save design, low temperature storage function as standard, user friendly interface for quick parameter setting and selection, two types USB port for method export and software upgrade, real time temperature, progress graphics all related information display in LCD.

The SEDI function included method creation, status display, methods save, recall, setting by seven inches touch screen; moreover, emergency shut-down and error message also included. Auto Recover function enables to continue the run after the recovery of power failure. Evaluate the cycling program through temperature differential function is also available. Multi-user function provides recall or load method by searching user's file, Hot start, ramping, number of cycle, history are all accessible by touch screen, Graphic function icon is for quick function select and parameter setting. Working range 1-100µl goes through volume selection mode.

V-GES
V-GES, the midi vertical electrophoresis system, comprises with tank, electrode module, casting module, and optional blotting module. Electrophoresis tank was built by injection mode technology. Special anti-leak rubber and clasp-release design guarantee leakage free while gel casting. Three thicknesses spacers, 0.5, 0.75 and 1.0mm, and two types comb, 10 and 15 well are available. The Elite 300, provides the maximum voltage output of 300V and current output 400mA, with 4 sets output terminal mainly for routine electrophoresis with nucleic acid and SDS-PAGE. Easy control Constant V/A with automatic crossover, adjustable voltage and current in minimum 1 V and 1 mA increment provide flexible condition and parameter settings. Three digits seven segments LED readout voltage, current and time.
